As far as banks go, the customer service is excellent. I rarely have to wait in a long line and they offer decent services even to broke, underemployed college students like myself. The people who work at this particular branch help make the necessary evils of banking more palatable.
Do not count on the tellers to do there job. Last month a payment was left there for them. They didn't apply it to the correct account. And cashed my personal check written to me, when the payments were for my childrens accounts. I don't have a account there. Then this month a payment was left in the night depost box. Took them "3" DAYS to process. Then the account was late. Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Would never open another account with this bank.
