The service is truly awesome! The moment you walk in the door of the clinic you are warmly greeted by the attentive staff. You can truly tell that everyone loves their job. My cat's Veterinarian was very knowledgeable and showed great concern for my cat. He always made time to see my cat even if it was a same day appointment. Sadly, my cat was terminally ill and passed away
Vet Haddad did an amazing job with our dog. He gave us a definite answer on our dog that we have been waiting for, for so long. I would not want to go to anybody else. He takes his time and is so empathetic for my family and my dog
I absolutely love Avon Lake Animal Clinic. I am a crazy dog owner and treat her like she's my child. I feel 150% confident that my dog is in the best hands when she is at this vet. I got all of her shots here, her spay, microchip, etc. Although it is a little pricier than other vets, it is well worth it!
I definitely recommend Dr. Letosky! She is very straight forward and so easy to talk to. I am always reassured and kept up to date on everything they do.
I really can't sing enough praises about Avon Lake Animal Clinic. My experiences here have always been top notch. From the time you walk in, the reception staff is very nice, but they also went the extra effort to create dedicated waiting area based on animal type (dog side and cat/small pet side)--of course, you can't control where clients sit, but for the most part, people read the signs. When your pet is already stressed out, introducing other strange species to the situation is overwhelming, so this arrangement is perfect. Their rooms are clean and well-designed and staff is efficient. Their staff is very robust, with several veterinarians and technicians specializing in different areas, but eager to see any pet. They do a thorough exam of each patient and, in my experience, always annotate their records as they go, which is awesome. Staff and doctors listen to you in your concerns and help you address anything you need, from vaccine recommendations, to illnesses/symptoms/treatment plans. They are very clever in their treatment plans, too. No one has ever jumped to shove a medication on me, they always look at all angles. And, if you have a concern that you aren't sure warrants a visit, you can leave a voicemail for the doctor and the doctor calls you back (this is amazing, I love being able to talk to my pet's doctor -or their assistant- and not just a messenger). Lastly, just to show how far they go to keep your experience smooth and your pet's emotions at bay, they process payment right in the room with you. This sounds like a weird thing to notice, but so many other places I've been, I've been fighting my pet from exploring or sniffing other pets while checking out (God forbid an accident happen while I'm trying to sign a receipt), so this simple gesture to get you all set before you leave your room is awesome. Top notch vet, every aspect has been thought out and they really give amazing service.
These guys always come through! I thought 100% for sure my new puppy (Christmas puppy for kids none the less!) was going to die from spinal meningitis. I took her in immediately after seeing her wobble and act weird. And then I stayed up reading all night and thought for sure it was game over. After keeping her all night and giving her plenty of fluids it turned out she may have ingested a opioide!??? Well we have none here so watch your neighbor kids people! I searched my entire house and property and I can't find anything that she could have gotten in to!
